Our people, experts in their fields, knew exactly what that little seed needed; they knew that in order to grow a seed you need to care and nurture it and encourage it to be the best. Out of that seed grew a product that revolutionized the way inspections were recorded. As the seasons of technology came and went, our product grew stronger, adapting through the years and with the needs of our customers.
Today our product has multiple branches covering the needs of more customers, thanks to both the Web and Mobile applications. But, we still remember that little seed…
And in a world where technology seems to be replacing human contact we remember how you can only grow the best if you put in the time and care it requires. As a family owned business we ensure our people are as well looked after as that first tiny seed.

Meet the PSS Directors
Trevor founded PSS Ltd with a clear vision to strive to enable Local Government to manage excellently by providing them with the best applications software, support and training. Both the company and software itself has proven just how valuable this core is and he still believes this vision is as valid today as it was 25 years ago.

Margaret joined the company in 2004 following 10 years as Head of Membership and Development with The Sports Industry Federation. Her current role includes ensuring that the product meets the needs of the users and that the Company is in a strong financial position so providing stability for staff and customers alike.

Meet the communicators
Sarah first joined in a Sales and Marketing role in 2002. After a break to pursue a Marketing Manager role and raise her family she has now re-joined to take over the family business. Her aim is to ensure we continue to provide our customers with the best possible service levels. In addition to continuing with developing apps that meet and exceed expectations, especially with changing technologies and functionalities, she aims to continue to support and build the core business whilst looking into some new markets to grow the business for the future in both the UK and abroad.

Louisa has worked in the Outdoor Leisure Industry for the last 20 years since graduating from University. Within PSS Ltd Louisa delivers product training to new and existing users whilst also being responsible for ensuring that PSSLive remains complaint with the relevant European Standards and other guidelines to allow inspectors to take full advantage of the software. Louisa is also accredited by the RPII to deliver Routine and Operational Level RPII Training and Examinations.

Serena joins PSS with a wealth of account management experience and looks forward to supporting and training PSS Ltd’s customers over the coming years.

Jamie believes in a consultative and collaborative based approach of relationship building Account Management. Learning and understanding his clients’ needs is his priority as it is of paramount important to ensure that each party gains positively from the working partnership.
